The Green Planet
I filmed multiple sequences across this series including leaf cutter ants colony behaviour, hammer orchids seducing wasps, dung beetles burying seeds, tobacco plants in Utah, hummingbirds feeding on Maple sap and the incredible almond mass pollination event in the Central Valley of California. Seven Worlds One Planet
I was DoP for several sequences across this series including Weddell Seals (Antarctica), Sumatran Rhinos and Snub Nosed Monkeys (Asia), Thorny Devils (Australasia), Humboldt Penguins (South America) and Hamsters (Europe). I was Director of Photography on the Chimpanzee and Tiger episodes of BBC1’s Dynasties series, first broadcast in 2018. Life Story – BBC Natural History Unit
Key cameraman on the BBC Natural History Unit’s major series for BBC1. I filmed everything from Bald Eagles to Honeypot Ants, Hermit Crabs to Chimpanzees. The series was extremely successful and has been nominated for BAFTA and Royal Television Society awards for Cinematography and won the 2015 Televisual Award for Cinematography. Read more »
